Shipments and returns

Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched the same day, if you pay Monday to Friday and are shipped via FedEX or Royal Mail.

Shipping fees include packing fees as well as shipping costs. 

Mainland UK ONLY:

All deliveries under £100 have a maximum shipping cost of £6.95. Orders over £100 are shipped free of charge.

Offshore:

If you live off shore please email us at orders@poolemoto.co.uk or call us +44 (0)1202 621768 for a shipping quote, before completing your order. Failure to do so will cause delay in proccessing your order.

Returns

We are happy to accept returns within 14 days.

Delivery charges are not normally refunded unless the item is faulty.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to return the item.
